SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies on the type of service paid for (Ground or Priority) they range from 1-5 business days in the US.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping varies on package weight and distance from our home base in Arizona, USA. Prices can be as low as $5.50

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once orders has been completed and shipped you will receive a text or email with the tracking information.

PROCESSING TIME

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

This is the time from the date of purchase, to being dropped off with a shipping carrier.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Current TAT is 7 days, it is typically 14 days-21 days, I work as fast as I can to ship sooner than this

IF I UPGRADE TO FASTER SHIPPING WILL IT BE A FASTER PROCESSING TIME?

Unfortunately, no. As all items are made to order it takes time to complete. I do try to prioritize the order but it is NOT a guarantee.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We do NOT accept returns since all items are made to order and customizable for you. You can refer to our shop policy page for more in depth information.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

No we do NOT accept exchanges since all items are made to order and customizable for you. You can refer to our shop policy page for more in depth information. 

I WANT A REFUND, WHAT DO I DO?

Refunds will only be issued if an order is cancelled PRIOR to being shipped with tracking information… If your order has NOT shipped you may message us on our “contact us” page to cancel and refund your purchase.

PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

DAMAGED PRODUCT

We take great care in inspecting each item before it's shipped to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect.

DELAYED ORDER

Sometimes USPS will hold packages for unknown reasons, it typically resolves in a few days and will deliver.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim.
