Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Unfortunately, since all items are made to order and custom for you I cannot accept returns, exchanges, refunds.
Refunds will only be issued if an order is cancelled PRIOR to being shipped with tracking information. If your order has NOT been completed with tracking and you wish to cancel. You MUST contact us by email or the “Contact Us” form. I will then cancel and refund the order as requested. Do not file a chargeback as YOU will pay the $15 chargeback fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund when the order is cancelled. 

Processing Time

Due to a high volume of orders and since our products are made to order, our current processing time is 14 days after the date of purchase. Orders may ship anytime within the 1-14 days, it depends on my current order intake. 

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies on the type of service paid for, they range from 1-5 business days in the USA. Shipping time is not included in the processing time (14 day processing plus an additional 1-5 business days to deliver). Upgrading shipping service will only expedite shipping time NOT processing time. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees. Actual delivery time will vary according to location and various other factors such as weather, holidays, ect..

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping varies on package weight and distance from our home base in Arizona, USA. The size of the product reflect on the prices. For example, a size small crewneck sweatshirt could potentially ship with USPS ground shipping for around $6. Whereas an order with a XL hoodie exceeds the weight limit for ground shipping, and may need to be automatically upgraded to priority shipping for around $11. 

Product Availability 
We strive to keep all of our items in stock, however, sometimes products may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

WeaverWorkshop reserves the right to make changes to the shop policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates or changes.
